Poor Customer Service

Im a premium user and I like the app and widgets. Except Im not impressed with the customer service. Months ago, I wrote and email to the developer because the monthly calendar widget is not working properly on my iPhone (although its working fine on my iPad). After some time, I wrote back to follow up. No answer. Until now months later, still no answer and still no update for the app. This is not how you do business.
